Sheffield United midfielder Sydie Peck is high on West Ham United's list of summer transfer targets, according to The Athletic. West Ham manager Nuno Espirito Santo is working on bringing new signings to the London Stadium club following relegation. The Hammers have been running the rule over the 'colossal' Peck since January and are convinced he has huge potential. The England under-21 international was one of the best players for the Blades last term and has impressed over the last two seasons in the Championship. West Ham will also look to strengthen at the back and Cardiff City defender Dylan Lawlor is a target. The 20-year-old 'super talented' Wales international had a fantastic breakthrough season and is expected to be lured away from the League One club. Joining the Hammers could appeal to Lawlor given that he could be playing in the Premier League with them in 2027. The Welshman does not have plenty of experience, but he also has huge potential and could be a hit in the Championship. West Ham have to recruit players capable of earning them an instant promotion to the top-flight, and both Peck and Lawlor are perfect options for them.
